- Developing BIM Protocol, BIM Execution Plan, Master Information Delivery Plan.
- Leading BIM Meetings.
- Managing the collaborative processes
- QA/QC BIM production
The BIM Manager role is to guarantee the parfait execution of the BIM Process in a productive and instructive way.
